About
We Care Bridging Gaps, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that aims to help individuals in need in our local communities. For the past 40 years, our main focus has been providing food for families who are struggling. Our late founder, Rev. Eddie Martin, recognized the need for assistance in our community and reached out to local businesses for donations to purchase food. Their response was positive, and we have been able to continue this important outreach.
One of our main goals is to close the gap between families who can afford a holiday meal and those who cannot. Under the leadership of Pastor Jan Henry Sr., our mission remains the same: to feed as many families as possible and strive for even greater achievements. Each year, we set a goal for the number of families we aim to help, and we consistently meet or surpass that goal. In addition to collecting donations, we also hold fundraising events throughout the year, such as the Men Hats and Cane event and the Women Tea Party. These events not only help us raise funds for our cause but also brings the community together in support of our mission.

Charity is the bridge that connects hearts and minds.
Feed the hungry, feed your soul
